Jim's Retirement Cake

Jim's Retirement Cake- Chocolate cake with chocolate fudge pudding filling, iced with chocolate whipped cream and vanilla and chocolate buttercream swirls- the flowers are made with royal icing and the leaves are coloured vanilla buttercream.  A funny thing happened: while boxing it up (after we had eaten 1/2 of it) - I tipped it over and it was a real mess-Jim says he still ate it though! I hope that is my first and last cake dumping!

We make fresh, fresh, fresh cupcakes and cakes that are very attractive looking and have the added bonus of being made from all fresh ingredients.  For example we use ingredients from scratch and include fresh butter, cream and we try our best to avoid additives.
